How to Make Jiffy Mix Corn Dogs Muffins

These are the basic steps for making Corn Dog Muffins. Please refer to the recipe card below for more detailed instructions.

Mixing the corn bread mix and then making the muffins.

STEP 1: PREPPING

Begin by preheating the oven to whatever temperature the cornbread mix instructions say. Prepare muffin tin by lining with muffin liners or coat pan in cooking spray. Cut hot dogs into pieces, I did about 4-5 pieces, each hot dog piece should be roughly an inch.

STEP 2: MAKE THE CORNBREAD

In a large mixing bowl make the corn bread batter according to the instructions on the box. Mix the wet ingredients and the dry ingredients together. Then spoon batter into muffin tins, fill just over halfway to leave room from muffins to rise and add a few small pieces of hot dogs. Bake until golden brown. Let cool for a minutes, best served warm with ketchup, mustard, and relish!
