  •  Step One: First, preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Next, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise in a large bowl.
  • Step Two:  Follow with spinach, artichoke hearts, cheese, onion and pepper.
  • Step Three:  Next spread evenly in a 2 quart baking dish.
  •  Step Four:  Then combine stuffing and pecans. Next, sprinkle over top. Finally, bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot and lightly browned on top.

Ingredients

  • 2 Packages - 9 ounces each frozen creamed spinach, thawed
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese - room temperature
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Can - 14 ounces artichoke hearts
  • ½ cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup Chopped onion
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/3 cup Crushed herb stuffing mix
  • ½ cup Chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise in a large bowl.
  • Chop artichoke hearts into bite sized pieces,
  • Add spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, onion and pepper; Stir to combine.
  • Transfer mixture to a two quart baking dish.
  • Combine stuffing and pecans and sprinkle over top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot and lightly browned on top.
