ONLY USE 2-4 OF THE MOST APPLICABLE FEATURES.
- Hands-Off Cooking: Once the patties are formed, the grill or oven does the rest.
- Just 2 Extra Ingredients: Beyond beef and buns, this recipe only needs seasoning and oil.
- Family Favorite: Burgers are always a hit, no matter the occasion.
- Great Leftovers: Extra patties reheat well for lunch the next day.
- Serve With: Serve the oven-baked burgers with my Air Fryer Animal french Fries and my Sweet and Spicy Pickles and my Southern Coleslaw.
What Is the Best Ground Beef for Hamburgers?

An 80/20 ratio of ground chuck makes the juiciest, most tender burgers. The fat content keeps the patties moist as they cook.
Leaner blends like 90/10 tend to dry out faster on the grill. Stick with 80/20 if juicy burgers are the goal.
